Intensely fragrant blooms carry waxy petals with a distinct citrus aroma commonly used for making Orange flower water. Distilled from the blossoms, in the same manner as Rose water and traditionally used in Middle Eastern dishes and desserts. Found in baklavas, syrups and ice cream the concentrated zesty floral flavour is also a great pairing for fish and white meat.
